LarimerArts.com is a directory. It lists organizations, nonprofits, and individuals who operate independently out of the public Larimer building at 216 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. It is built and operated by the Arts Alliance Digital Arts Department.
This is not a City of Palatka website. The views, listings, and opinions on this site are those of their authors or of the independent groups listed. They do not necessarily reflect the views of the Larimer Building Committee, the Arts Alliance of Putnam, River City Players, the City of Palatka, or any of their officers, directors, members, employees, or representatives. A listing is not an endorsement, a partnership, or an official statement.

If something here does not match how the site actually works, tell the webmaster. We would rather fix the policy than hide behind it.
1. Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run a small directory: to answer you, publish a listing you asked for, or send a note you signed up for.
Who we are
LarimerArts.com is operated by the Larimer Digital Arts Department, in connection with the Arts Alliance of Putnam. The building address is 216 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. Privacy questions: artsallianceofputnam@gmail.com or (386) 385-3219.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, mailing address.
- Listing, event, class, rental, donation, or membership details you submit.
- Messages you send through forms or email.
- Volunteer, artist, or vendor notes you send us to publish.
- Photos or video you submit, or that appear in a public listing.
- Basic website data: pages visited, device type, approximate location, and cookies. See the Cookie Notice.
We do not ask children under 13 to create accounts. If a parent believes we have a child’s information, write us and we will delete it.
How we use it
- Publish and update directory listings.
- Answer questions and send confirmations.
- Send newsletters or event notes only if you opted in. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Keep the website reasonably safe.
- Meet ordinary bookkeeping rules if a donation or payment passes through a listed group.
- Improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share it with: website or email hosts; payment tools a listed group chooses to use; and law enforcement if the law requires it. A listing you submit may be shown publicly, including the contact details you ask us to publish. Vendors may use private data only to serve the site.
How long we keep it
As long as the listing is live, or as long as we need it to answer you, plus what ordinary record-keeping requires. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it.
- Opt out of marketing email.
- Florida residents may have extra rights under state law. Email artsallianceofputnam@gmail.com and we will honor a good-faith request.
Security
We use ordinary, sensible safeguards. No website is perfectly safe.
This site is meant for a U.S. audience. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
2. Cookie Notice
Cookies are small files that help a website remember you. We use as few as we can.
What we use
- Necessary cookies — keep the site working (forms, navigation).
- Preference cookies — remember simple settings, if we offer them.
- Analytics cookies — tell us which pages people actually read, so we can improve them.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell them to ad networks.

3. Website Terms of Use
By using LarimerArts.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please visit the building in person and skip the site.
What the site is
A public directory of independent organizations, nonprofits, and individuals working out of the Larimer building. Content is for general information. Schedules change. Confirm with the group named in the listing before you drive in.
Nothing on this site is an official act of the City of Palatka, the Larimer Building Committee, the Arts Alliance of Putnam (except where the Digital Arts Department is speaking for the site itself), River City Players, or their representatives.
Your part
- Do not break, scrape, or overload the site.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
- Do not pretend to be the site, a listed group, or another person.
- Submit only information you have the right to publish.
Our part
We may update pages, correct a listing, pause the site for repairs, or remove content that is wrong, outdated, or outside the directory’s purpose. Information is provided as-is. Florida law governs these terms. Venue for disputes is Putnam County, Florida.
Links to other sites — a theater company, a ticketing page, social media — are not under our control. Those sites have their own rules.
4. Listings, Events & Tickets
A show, class, rental, or ticket named on this site is offered by the group in that listing, not by LarimerArts.com, unless the listing says otherwise in plain words.
Accuracy
We do our best. Dates, prices, and seating can change. Check the confirmation from the group that is actually putting on the event.
Money
If you pay someone, that payment is between you and them. Refunds, rain plans, and credits follow their rules, not ours. We do not hold ticket money for independent producers.
The building
The Larimer is a historic public building. Seating and access can be limited. Ask the host about mobility needs when you book. House rules at a performance are set by the group in the room that night.
Do not record a performance unless that group says you may.
5. Artists, Volunteers & Vendors
If you want a listing — a show, a class, a volunteer call, a vendor, or your own practice — this section is for you.
Artists and groups
You keep copyright in your work. By asking us to list you, you give the site permission to show the text, images, and links you send, and to use them to promote that listing. We will credit you when we reasonably can.
Sales, commissions, insurance, and install dates are between you and whoever is actually hosting you in the building. Those agreements control. This page does not.
Volunteers
Volunteer programs belong to the group that runs them. If you send us a name or photo for a public listing, we may publish what you submit. Tell the webmaster if you want a name or face taken down.
Vendors and renters
Room use, insurance, and cleanup are set by the building’s rental rules and by the host, not by this directory.
6. Copyright, Photos & Trademarks
The site’s design and original directory text are operated by the Arts Alliance Digital Arts Department. Names, logos, and artwork of listed groups belong to those groups. The Larimer building and related civic marks may belong to the City of Palatka or the Larimer Building Committee. Please do not copy them for a business without asking the owner.
Sharing
Neighbors may share a listing or a public poster with credit and a link back. Do not use anyone’s name or mark to imply an endorsement that is not there.
If we used your work by mistake
Email artsallianceofputnam@gmail.com with the page address, a description of the work, and proof you own it. We will look quickly and take down what we should. That is our notice process — simple and in good faith.
Photos of people
A public listing may include event photos supplied by the host. If you want a photo of you or your child removed, write the webmaster. We will treat that request with care.
7. Accessibility
The Larimer building is a 1929 landmark. This website is a directory about what happens there.
The website should work with common screen readers and keyboard navigation. If a page fails you, email artsallianceofputnam@gmail.com and tell us the page and what happened.
Getting into the building is a separate question. Some historic areas are harder to reach than others. Ask the group you are visiting, before you arrive, about ramps, restrooms, and seating. This site cannot promise access that the room does not have.
